This ability, when used preemptively and in combination with Frenzied Regeneration, is effectively your entire health pool. Phial of Serenity is a nice throughput item that is capable of cleansing a large number of effects, and can be modified by the Pelagos Soulbind ability Phial of Patience. This buff can be extended by picking up small blue orbs off the ground, however this does not necessarily need to be a primary focus of yours in an arena match. This is a Mastery buff which provides a direct damage boost on top of Empower Bond. Kyrian is an overall amazing Covenant decision, primarily through the use of the Pelagos soulbind, which provides us the Combat Meditation ability. All choices are Gladiator-viable and will not be a hinderance to your Arena journey. If you play Balance Druid in other forms of content such as RBGs, Mythic+, Raiding, and Arena then you should consider playing Night Fae. It is my recommendation that if you are solely an Arena player that is looking to push rating, Kyrian or Necrolord are going to be your best choice. Kyrian will most likely be your go to still as it compliments our kit very nicely, with Necrolord being solid if you are having trouble surviving or running into very high damage teams. This opens up the three solid choices Kyrian / Necrolord / Night Fae to be played at any given time. (see: Covenant Swap in Patch 9.1.5 for more info.) After reaching Renown 80 on one of your characters and earning the Renowned achievement you are granted the ability to freely swap Covenants on ALL of your characters.
